Peaks View Bakes, LLC is excited to announce the addition of artisan breads and sourdough starter to our menu!

 

Sherry, the owner of Peaks View Bakes, has been baking loaf and artisan breads for her family for many years and has decided to share her craft with you. 

 

Each item is made with the finest ingredients in our licensed, inspected, and insured kitchen.

Sourdough Boules:

Small batch, hand-made, naturally leavened with no commercial additives. Ingredients: flour, water, and salt. We use natural, slow fermentation using a homemade starter to create these flavorful artisan breads.

 

Boules $6.50, plus tax

Rustic Rolls (6 pack):

These rustic rolls contain the same starter as our basic sourdough. They are chewy and tender, making a perfect dinner roll. Choose from Regular or Roasted Garlic & Rosemary.

Sourdough Starter:

Did you know that you can make a great sourdough bread in your home oven without the need for any special equipment? Order a batch of our live sourdough starter and receive complete instructions for storing, feeding, and baking your own bread from scratch!

Saturday Pickups

Bread and sourdough starter pickups are scheduled for Saturdays, between the hours of 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm only. Delivery, for a fee, is available for orders of $250 or more. For large orders, we may be able to accommodate a different pickup/delivery day besides Saturday. Please contact us directly at PeaksViewBakes@gmail.com to inquire about large orders.

Ordering:

To place a single order for bread, or to be placed on our schedule for weekly pickup, please complete the Bread Order/Weekly Reservation form below. You will receive a confirmation email from us containing the details of your order.

Payments:

Cash payments are accepted at the time of pickup. Credit card payments are accepted for orders of $30 or more. If you are a weekly pickup customer, you may prepay for future weeks to meet the $30 requirement for credit card usage.
