All wedding cakes are individually designed specifically for you and the final price will depend on the complexity of your design and number of servings needed.

Cake Tastings:

​

We offer cake tastings to all wedding cake customers. But, since all of our cakes are custom made, we do have to specifically bake cakes for your cake tasting. Because of this, we do charge for tasting cakes. The fee is $12 per single-layer, simply iced, 4" cake. Tasting cakes are available in Vanilla, Chocolate, Princess, and Sour Cream Almond. In order to sample any other flavors, you must order a 6" inch standard tasting cake, which will consist of 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling. These basic 6" cakes cost $36 each.

Ordering Deadlines, Deposits, and Final Payments:

​

Wedding cakes require at least an 8 weeks notice, at which time a non-refundable 50% Cake Order Deposit must be paid and a Cake Contract must be signed. The remaining 50% must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the order due date.

​

It is suggested that you order your cake as far in advance as possible to ensure we are not booked on your special day. It is common to begin booking wedding cake orders up to one year in advance.

Please note that you will not be placed on our calendar until both the 50% Cake Order Deposit is paid and the Cake Contract is signed.

​

Late payments are subject to a 10% per week, or part of the week, late fee of the amount that was due.

​

It is extremely important that the payment deadlines are met. If we do not receive 100% of the amount due within four weeks of the cake due date, no cake will be made!

​

Rush Orders:

​

If you do not meet the minimum notice requirements and we have an opening and can reasonably fulfill your request, an order can still be placed. All such orders will be subject to a 25%-50% rush fee depending on how close the order is placed to the due date. Full payment will be due at the time of order. Rush orders are non-refundable.

Delivery:

​

Most cakes require delivery to the reception. This is to ensure your cake arrives at its destination in the same condition as it left our shop. Arrangements can be made to pick up small cakes at a local meeting spot. At this time, we do not allow on-site pickups.

 

Delivery fees are $1.75/mile, round-trip. Mileage is calculated by Google maps from our location to your event location based on the best available route.
